Mission
Our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality, patient-centered primary family care to the Southeastern Connecticut community. Harbor Light Health hopes to bring back the patient centered, one on one care of days past- by allowing adequate time during appointments, using technology like telehealth to expand access, and even offering home visits to those in need!

Home Life
I am blessed to have a wonderful husband, David and together, we share 4 children! We spend a lot of time with our kids- sports, traveling and staying active!

Emergency Medicine - 5 years of front line experience
Orthopedics/Pain management - 9 months of outpatient care working on spinal disorders
Family Practice - 11 years of family/primary care eperience

Personal Interests
When I am not at my kids sporting events, you can catch me with friends and family (mostly cooking!), traveling to new places, or doing something outside - like the beach!
